These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through the Rosa's Leather website, which can be found at info@rosas-leather.com.

1. Applicability
By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Product Information
We do our utmost to describe products accurately and provide up-to-date information. However, typographical errors or inaccuracies may occur.

3. Ordering and Payment
Orders require full payment before processing. Available payment methods appear at checkout. We may refuse, cancel, or review any order in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, incorrect information, or other circumstances that make fulfilment impossible or unreasonable.

4. Processing and Delivery
Orders are processed and delivered according to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

5. Returns and Cancellation

6. Liability
We are responsible for the goods until they are physically received by you or a person you designate, in line with US consumer law. We are not liable for delays or issues caused by events outside our reasonable control, including customs checks, carrier delays, or incorrect information provided by the customer. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion would be unlawful.

7. Intellectual property
All content on the website (text, photos, logos) belongs to Rosa's Leather and may not be used without permission.

8. Complaints procedure
Complaints can be submitted in writing to info@rosas-leather.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

9. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. However, if you are a US consumer, you will benefit from all mandatory protections provided under US consumer law. Where Dutch law conflicts with those protections, US consumer law will prevail for the affected provisions.
